Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patrols of federal properties using surveillance systems and physical inspections
- Respond to security breaches and emergencies with tactical protocols
- Monitor access control systems and verify credentials for personnel/visitors
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security assessments
- Coordinate with federal agencies during joint operations
- Operate advanced security technology including biometric scanners and motion detectors
- Conduct emergency response drills and security threat assessments
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security/law enforcement experience
- Ability to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Proficiency in security software and surveillance equipment
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Physical fitness to handle emergency response situations
