Responsibilities
- Conduct continuous surveillance and patrols of federal facilities during night hours
- Monitor security systems and respond to alarms with rapid deployment protocols
- Enforce access controls and verify credentials for all personnel entering secure zones
- Document security incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
- Collaborate with federal agents and local law enforcement during joint operations
- Conduct emergency response drills including fire, medical, and threat scenarios
- Operate advanced security technology including biometric scanners and CCTV systems
- Maintain constant communication with command center during shift rotations
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship with active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- Minimum of 2 years security/law enforcement experience or equivalent military service
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain Federal Law Enforcement Training (FLETC) certification
- Proficiency in emergency response protocols and first aid/CPR
- Pass comprehensive background check and polygraph examination
- Ability to work independently during night shift with minimal supervision
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail in low-light conditions
