Responsibilities
- Conduct security assessments of federal facilities in the New Orleans metropolitan area
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security incidents in real-time
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and federal partners on joint operations
- Develop and implement emergency response protocols for critical infrastructure
- Prepare detailed security reports and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Train junior personnel on security procedures and best practices
- Participate in 24/7 rotational on-call duties as required
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of federal/local law enforcement or security experience
- Proficiency in security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and crisis management abilities
