Responsibilities
- Conduct physical security inspections and surveillance operations at federal facilities
- Monitor access control systems and enforce security protocols
- Respond to security incidents and coordinate with law enforcement
- Prepare detailed security reports and documentation
- Operate advanced security technology including CCTV and alarm systems
- Train and mentor junior security personnel
- Ensure compliance with federal security regulations (FIPS 199, NISPOM)
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and active security clearance eligibility
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license
- Proficiency with security software and surveillance equipment
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong written communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
