Responsibilities
- Manage and process sensitive government documentation with strict adherence to confidentiality and security protocols.
- Assist in the coordination of inter-agency communications and project management tasks.
- Conduct research and analysis on state and federal policies to ensure organizational compliance.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, government contracting, or public sector operations.
- Strong understanding of federal and state government regulations, processes, and compliance standards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software (e.g., CaseWare, specific CMS platforms).
- Ability to pass a background check and security clearance verification.
- Flexibility to work in various locations, including Oklahoma City, OK and remote options in Virginia.
