Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal requirements and design robust, scalable IT solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and HIPAA standards.
- Conduct system integration testing and troubleshoot technical issues in a high-security environment.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide expert technical guidance to junior staff and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity best practices.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Strong understanding of ITIL, Agile, or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical reporting.
