We are seeking a highly skilled Federal Systems Engineer to join our 24/7 Operations Center in Tucson, Arizona. This is a pivotal role supporting critical national defense missions. You will ensure the integrity, availability, and security of federal systems during the night shift, working in a high-security environment.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure for federal clients in real-time.
- Execute incident response procedures for system outages and security breaches.
- Perform routine security patching, configuration management, and system backups.
- Generate and maintain detailed operational logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for internal IT stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, and switching protocols.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
