Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable software solutions for federal agencies.
- Ensure full compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and DFARS.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing to protect sensitive data.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of complex IT projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and analysts.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal contracting or government IT systems engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation.
