Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the state government's core IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software solutions and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with state cybersecurity policies and data protection regulations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal government staff.
- Participate in emergency response and disaster recovery planning for critical systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, Java, and cloud-based technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Certification in ITIL or PMP is highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced government environment.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and pass a background check.
