Responsibilities
- Schedule veteran appointments using VISTA system
- Process medical records with 100% accuracy
- Manage patient intake and verification
- Coordinate weekend staff coverage
- Generate daily reports for leadership
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years clerical experience
- VISTA system certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Strong attention to detail
- Weekend availability mandatory
- VA experience highly desirable
