Responsibilities
- Provide veteran support services during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6am-6pm)
- Process federal benefits applications with 99.8% accuracy
- Coordinate with VA medical centers for urgent weekend care requests
- Maintain strict HIPAA and federal data compliance protocols
- Conduct weekend eligibility screenings for VA programs
- Support emergency response coordination during off-hours
- Generate weekly shift performance reports
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Minimum 2 years federal/government experience
- VA benefits certification preferred
- Proficiency in Veterans Health Information Systems (VistA)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Georgia driver's license
- Must pass federal background investigation
- Weekend shift availability mandatory
