Responsibilities
- Manage weekend patient intake and triage at VA medical facility
- Coordinate with federal agencies on veteran benefit verification
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic health records
- Conduct weekend compliance audits for medical protocols
- Train weekend staff on federal regulations and safety procedures
- Generate weekly reports for regional VA leadership
- Respond to emergency weekend inquiries from veterans
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years federal or healthcare compliance experience
- VA healthcare certification preferred
- Proficiency in VistEHR and federal reporting systems
- Valid Wisconsin nursing assistant license (CNA)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- US citizenship and background clearance required
- Spanish bilingual a plus
