Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical evaluations and treatment for veteran patients
- Lead interdisciplinary care teams in clinical decision-making
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (Vista system)
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Supervise resident physicians and medical staff

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from accredited institution
- Current, unrestricted medical license in California
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty
- 3+ years clinical practice experience
- VA medical system proficiency preferred
- Active DEA license and controlled substance certification
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance
