Responsibilities
- Develop and implement evidence-based public health programs targeting underserved communities
- Analyze epidemiological data to identify health trends and prioritize interventions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on grant proposals and budget management
- Oversee community outreach initiatives and stakeholder engagement
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations
- Lead program evaluation and continuous improvement processes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health or related field (MPH preferred)
- 3+ years of program management experience in government or non-profit sector
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, R, or SAS)
- Experience managing budgets over $500K
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual in Spanish or Mandarin (strongly preferred)
