Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for federal personnel and operations.
- Manage sensitive data entry and maintain secure federal records.
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling for weekend deployments and meetings.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, security protocols, and privacy laws.
- Process incoming communications and respond to inquiries with professional courtesy.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and operational briefings.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace in adherence to government standards.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for federal employment.
- Schedule: Must be available and willing to work exclusively on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or clerical support.
- Education: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government databases.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
