Responsibilities
- Process incoming mail, packages, and documents according to federal regulations and strict deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and secure digital and physical records within the federal database systems.
- Perform data entry tasks with high precision and speed to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
- Respond to inquiries from federal employees and the public via telephone and email during business hours.
- Conduct routine security checks and access control verifications to maintain facility safety.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and inventory management for weekend operations.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless handover of ongoing projects.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a federal background investigation and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support, customer service, or data entry.
- Availability: Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to type 40+ words per minute.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
