Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a clerical, administrative, or customer service setting is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer proficiency.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse populations.
