Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and parcels efficiently along assigned routes using postal vehicles or walking
- Sort and organize mail in sequence for optimal delivery accuracy
- Operate delivery vehicles safely and maintain proper vehicle documentation
- Interact professionally with customers and resolve delivery inquiries
- Adhere to USPS regulations for mail security and customer privacy
- Complete delivery manifests and handle returned mail appropriately
- Maintain physical fitness for lifting packages up to 70 lbs
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident alien status
- Valid Nevada driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Physical capability to walk extended distances and lift heavy objects
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
