Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Process and maintain accurate records for government contracts and public filings.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding services, forms, and departmental procedures.
- Coordinate internal meetings and prepare detailed minutes and reports.
- Utilize government databases to update and verify citizen information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or government operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and government-specific software.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
