Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 Roadmap: Define the long-term technical strategy and infrastructure requirements necessary to support business growth through 2026 and beyond.
- Pioneering Tech Integration: Lead the integration of next-gen AI models and decentralized web technologies into our existing production environments.
- System Scalability: Design high-availability, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling exponential data growth and complex load balancing scenarios.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Oversee the implementation of advanced security protocols to protect sensitive data in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of innovation and technical excellence by mentoring junior architects and senior engineers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technological Proficiency: Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future-Forward Skills: Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and their integration patterns.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and performance issues under pressure.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterās preferred).
