Responsibilities
- Define the core technical architecture for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Lead a team of engineers in building scalable, high-performance distributed systems.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic computing, AGI interfaces) to inform product strategy.
- Mentor senior developers and shape engineering culture.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and fault tolerance at a global scale.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years in leading complex, large-scale projects.
- Strong background in Python, Rust, or Go, with experience in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering products in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
