Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the company's roadmap leading up to and beyond the year 2026.
- R&D Management: Lead research and development initiatives to prototype and validate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing).
- Architecture Design: Design resilient, scalable system architectures that can handle future technological shifts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development plans.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to build a future-ready workforce.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential technological risks and devise strategies to mitigate them before they impact business operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or a related technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and distributed systems.
