Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technological advancement, identifying key trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Extended Reality to integrate into our core product lines.
- Oversee R&D Initiatives: Manage a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and validate next-generation technologies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with top-tier tech institutions and startups to foster innovation and secure early access to breakthrough technologies.
- Executive Leadership: Present technical roadmaps and innovation strategies to the C-Suite and Board of Directors, translating complex tech concepts into business value.
- Talent Development: Build and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and forward-thinking.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies to predict market shifts and adjust our product strategy accordingly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, or Cloud Infrastructure technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders from engineers to investors.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a history of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or equivalent strategic planning certification is a plus.
