Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on innovations relevant to the 2026 timeline, including advanced AI, Web3, and Quantum computing readiness.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and pilot emerging technologies to ensure Nexus Future Labs remains ahead of the curve.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of technical experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical visions into clear, compelling strategies for C-level executives and external partners.
- Operational Efficiency: Oversee the integration of next-gen automation tools to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Risk Management: Anticipate future tech trends and potential disruptions, implementing mitigation strategies early.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a senior director or C-suite equivalent role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain/Web3, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments requiring rapid pivots and agility.
