Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical vision with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on emerging trends (AI, Quantum Computing, AR/VR) to determine strategic relevance.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the pilot and deployment of future-state technologies.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
- Establish technical standards and governance frameworks for long-term scalability.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to translate futuristic concepts into viable products.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a senior strategy or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying emerging technologies and integrating them into business strategies.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and Next-Gen Computing paradigms.
- Leadership: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion in dynamic environments.
