Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for integrating emerging technologies, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance architectures capable of supporting next-gen AI and machine learning workloads.
- Lead Technical Innovation: Spearhead Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives for experimental technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical strategies into actionable insights for executive leadership and product managers.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technological risks and develop mitigation strategies for the upcoming decade.
- Vendor & Partner Management: Evaluate and select third-party AI solutions and technology partners to enhance our capabilities.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure), and Microservices architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving unstructured problems and innovating under uncertainty.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer are highly desirable.
