Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces and neural integration systems
- Conduct scenario planning for quantum-resistant cryptography and decentralized AI governance frameworks
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies for ethical tech deployment
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members using predictive analytics models
- Oversee patent portfolio development for emerging tech domains including bio-digital convergence
- Mentor junior strategists in futures-thinking methodologies and technology foresight
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Future Studies with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies or government agencies
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technology ethics or societal impact of AI
- Proficiency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, scenario planning)
