Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and disruptive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, etc.)
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems integrating circular economy principles
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Drive innovation through competitive analysis and patent development initiatives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech development
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML solutions at enterprise level
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum computing, biotech, or Web3
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Experience with patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder experience
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
