Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic, bio-integrated systems) for strategic integration
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions with rapid prototyping frameworks
- Establish ethical AI governance frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with research institutions and tech incubators for early-stage tech adoption
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech literacy and adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of launching at least two future-tech initiatives (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Certified in AI Ethics or equivalent governance frameworks (e.g., IEEE P7000)
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, metaverse architectures, and neurotech convergence
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in advanced visualization tools
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology preferred
