Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, biotech integration, and AI autonomy
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Identify and vet emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization potential
- Mentor a team of futurists and technical architects
- Present strategic visions to stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints with agile methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Experience leading cross-continental R&D teams
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Certification in Technology Foresight or equivalent
