We are seeking a visionary Future Tech Strategist to lead our organization into the next generation of innovation. As we prepare for the technological landscape of 2026, we need a leader who can identify emerging trends, assess their viability, and integrate them into our core business strategy.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between theoretical research and practical application. You will define the roadmap for our R&D initiatives, ensuring we remain at the forefront of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable technology.

Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Conduct comprehensive research to forecast technological trends and develop a strategic vision for the next two years.
- Lead Emerging Tech Initiatives: Spearhead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for cutting-edge technologies like Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Decentralized Systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive consensus and funding.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech ecosystems, patent databases, and academic research to identify early-stage opportunities.
- Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the scalability, security, and ethical implications of new technologies before implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to integrate innovative solutions into existing products.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in technology strategy, R&D, or a senior technical leadership role.
- Tech Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Web3 technologies.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to turn high-level concepts into executable business strategies and roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Innovation Focus: Demonstrated history of driving innovation and working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
