Responsibilities
- Analyze complex federal business requirements and translate them into robust technical system architecture.
- Ensure strict adherence to FISMA, NIST, and agency-specific security compliance standards.
- Lead security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk mitigation strategies for federal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Agile methodologies and optimize workflow efficiency.
- Maintain detailed documentation for system changes, audits, and regulatory reporting.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior analysts and support staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with investigation current.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Strong understanding of ITIL, SDLC, and data privacy regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
