- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market forecasts and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing disruptive innovation projects across AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for future tech disruptions
- Oversee $50M+ innovation budget allocation and ROI optimization
- Mentor senior engineers and product strategists on emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale budgets
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management preferred
