Responsibilities
- Architect and execute a 3-year technology strategy roadmap targeting 2026 market readiness
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis of global tech innovation trends
- Develop frameworks for ethical technology adoption and regulatory compliance
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-driven recommendations
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused technology investments
- Partner with academic institutions and government labs for collaborative R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotech
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products/services in Fortune 500 environments
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business; PhD preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and scenarios
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, EU, Asia)
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or technology management
- Published thought leadership on future-tech trends (patents, journals, keynotes)
