Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and market disruption
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for technological shifts

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
