Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap for emerging domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Partner with C-suite to align tech innovations with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies through market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for proprietary innovations
- Mentor technical teams while fostering a culture of radical innovation
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling innovative tech from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or neurotech
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience securing multi-million dollar R&D budgets and partnerships
