Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on emerging tech adoption
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on quantum/AI convergence
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and futures forecasting methodologies
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (NIST, EU AI Act compliance)
- Track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Go)
