Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 industry forecasts
- Lead market research on emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with revenue targets
- Build and mentor a high-performance future-tech task force
- Present strategic briefings to investors and board members
- Drive patent strategy for breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring tech adoption ROI
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in executive leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling teams to 50+ technical professionals
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution
- Fluency in Mandarin or German preferred
