Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with emerging quantum and AI paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen sustainable tech solutions
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ markets
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite and venture partners with data-driven insights
- Drive adoption of ethical AI frameworks in product development lifecycles
- Manage $2M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-defining products
- Expertise in systems architecture and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certified in Quantum Computing (IBM/Qiskit) and Machine Learning (TensorFlow)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
