Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling innovative solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech initiatives with corporate vision
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching tech products or services post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong stakeholder management and executive presentation abilities
