Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence for next-gen technologies
- Secure $5M+ in venture capital and government grants for futuristic projects
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech deployment timelines
- Mentor junior innovators through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching commercially successful future-tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI alignment, or climate AI
- Strong network with Silicon Valley VCs and federal innovation agencies
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for global partnerships)
