The Role
In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for steering our technological vision toward the 2026 horizon. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and practical business implementation, ensuring our platforms are future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define the strategic vision and technical milestones for the 2026 timeframe, focusing on AI integration, quantum computing readiness, and decentralized systems.
- Lead AI Innovation: Oversee the research and implementation of next-generation AI models, ensuring they align with our long-term product goals and ethical standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies.
- Pilot Program Management: Spearhead pilot projects for emerging tech stacks (e.g., autonomous agents, neural interfaces) to validate feasibility before full-scale rollout.
- Risk & Compliance: Anticipate regulatory and technical risks associated with future tech and implement robust mitigation strategies for the 2026 transition.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI strategy, or a similar high-level technical leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of machine learning architectures, LLMs (Large Language Models), and quantum computing fundamentals.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology roadmaps and leading digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
