Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers for moonshot projects
- Build competitive intelligence systems and patent landscapes for emerging technologies
- Design innovation incubation programs with $5M+ annual funding allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in industry journals
- Mentor junior strategists and establish KPIs for technology readiness metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Track record of securing $1M+ innovation budgets and delivering ROI on R&D investments
- Executive-level presentation skills with experience pitching to C-suite and boards
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
