Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology roadmapping for 2026+ horizon, identifying emerging trends with market impact potential
- Develop and execute innovation frameworks to evaluate and integrate next-gen technologies (quantum computing, advanced AI, biotech convergence)
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with business objectives and growth targets
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for technological disruption across global markets
- Manage cross-functional project teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Author thought leadership content and present strategic insights to industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI development, or quantum-resistant cryptography
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario modeling and technology impact assessment
- Exceptional communication abilities to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience leading teams through ambiguous technological transitions
