Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Present compelling technology narratives to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs for measuring future technology adoption and ROI
- Drive organizational change management for emerging technology integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech ecosystems: AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
