Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D teams to prototype scalable solutions in simulated production environments
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Develop patentable methodologies for human-centric tech integration
- Coordinate cross-functional sprints with UX, engineering, and security teams
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and compliance frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Published research in IEEE or ACM journals on future technologies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with 7-figure+ ARR
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, emerging AI laws)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure)
