Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps spanning 2026-2030 with emphasis on quantum applications and AI governance
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, biotech convergence, decentralized networks) to identify commercial opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product development priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs in emerging tech domains
- Present foresight findings to executive stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and scenario modeling
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks affecting future technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in technology innovation or strategic foresight roles
- Proven track record developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., CFS) or equivalent foresight training
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and board members
