Responsibilities
- Lead technology horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 market opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3 integration)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for disruptive technologies
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with business objectives and investor relations
- Present visionary briefings to stakeholders and industry conferences
- Build and lead a cross-functional innovation incubator team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record in developing 3-5 year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
