Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Create and maintain the long-term technical roadmap, identifying key technologies that will define the landscape in 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research and assess cutting-edge technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) to determine their potential impact on our products.
- System Architecture Design: Design scalable, resilient systems that can adapt to rapid technological changes and evolving user needs.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, executives, and engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to integrate futuristic concepts into tangible product features.
- R&D Management: Lead research initiatives and pilot programs to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a proven track record of planning for long-term (5-10 year) technological trends.
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud computing (AWS/Azure), distributed systems, and modern programming languages.
- AI & Machine Learning: Strong understanding of AI integration patterns and their potential applications in enterprise solutions.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex problems and think critically about the implications of new technologies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
