Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical execution with business objectives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and identify disruptive market opportunities
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
